Welcome to our lab site - HRLeadLab.AI

Laboratory for Human Resource Development and Management in the AI Era

Our Lab mainly focuses on leading human resources in educational systems by exploring aspects such as leadership & Management, retention, withdrawal behaviors and mentoring in different levels of educational systems (K-12, higher education) among pedagogical and management staff.

Our unique approach to deal with the international crisis of the educational system is reflected by exploring the educational challenges from an ethical viewpoint  while developing a comparative international perspective.

More specifically, our projects revolve around several main goals:

To examine the ethical decision-making models of leaders in different roles and levels in educational systems.

To identify the main factors that will contribute to increase the educational staff's well-being and resilience.

To explore the effectiveness of mentoring process in an advanced technology environment.
