Another focus of the lab is organizational ethics in educational systems. The research examines how ethical climates within schools shape teachers’ attitudes, professional conduct, and organizational outcomes. In particular, the lab studies how ethical leadership, institutional norms, and school culture influence teachers’ commitment, motivation, and workplace behaviors.
Special attention is given to the relationship between organizational ethics and key outcomes such as teachers’ absenteeism, withdrawal behaviors, organizational commitment, and intentions to leave the profession. By exploring these relationships, the research aims to better understand how ethical school environments can strengthen professionalism, promote positive organizational behavior, and improve the functioning of educational systems.
