Mixed methods (qualitative+ quantitative analyses)

The lab employs mixed-methods research, integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches to examine complex phenomena in educational organizations. This methodological approach enables a comprehensive understanding of teachers’ experiences, leadership processes, and ethical dynamics within schools.

Quantitative analyses are used to investigate relationships between organizational variables such as leadership, ethical climate, and teachers’ behaviors, while qualitative methods, such as interviews, case studies, and critical incident analysis, provide deeper insights into professional experiences and ethical dilemmas. Combining these approaches allows the lab to generate robust findings that inform both theory and practice in educational leadership and policy.
