Step 2: Initial Phone Screening

After you submit the form, a clinic representative will contact you. This call usually lasts about 20 minutes. The representative will provide further details about the service you requested and ask a few questions to better understand the nature of your inquiry.

Step 3: Referral to a Therapist

Following the phone screening, you will be referred to a therapist who will contact you to schedule your first appointment.

Please Note: The intake process at the clinic begins with an initial evaluation spanning 2–3 sessions; therapy can only begin once this phase is complete. The purpose of this evaluation is to gain a deep understanding of the difficulties that led you to seek help and to determine the most appropriate response for your needs. This process involves a fee (as specified in our Fee Schedule). Furthmor, please be aware that the evaluation may be conducted by a different therapist than the one who will continue with you in the long-term therapeutic process.
