Resilience Groups
More than two years have passed since the outbreak of a difficult and painful war. These years have been challenging for many of us, highlighting the vital importance of strengthening personal resilience to cope with life's challenges. The Community Clinic is offering a series of four group sessions. The goal of these meetings is to acquire practical tools for coping with stressful situations and strengthening resilience, while creating a supportive space for sharing and listening.

Parenting Guidance Group
Parents of adolescents often face unique challenges and uncertainties surrounding the significant changes their children undergo. These transformations impact both the relationship with the adolescent and the experience of parenthood itself, which is also in a state of transition.
To address the questions and difficulties that may arise during this period, the Community Clinic is opening a guidance and consultation group specifically for parents of adolescents.

Facilitation: The group will be led by psychologists from the Community Service Clinic staff.

We offer dedicated, modular, and flexible workshops designed for professional teams facing high exposure to survivors of the October 7th events and the ongoing war. The goal of these workshops is to provide professionals with specialized emotional support, enabling them to continue their critical roles while safeguarding their own mental well-being.
The therapeutic process is tailored to the specific needs and dynamics of each team in the field. It integrates several core components:

Psychoeducation: Providing psychological knowledge in a structured, accessible, and applicable manner.

Experiential Practice: Hands-on exercises for stress management and regulation.

Group Narrative Processing: Creating a safe space to process difficult experiences, reduce burnout, and preserve the professional resilience of those on the front lines.
The program is customizable and adapted to the unique requirements of each team.
