On Sunday, March 9, 2025, the Hamaniya Resilience Center team — Prof. Rivka Tuval-Mashiach, Prof. Noa Vilchinsky, Prof. Shiri Shinan-Altman, and Ms. Nechami Harash — visited Bar-Ilan University’s Faculty of Medicine at its Safed campus.

As part of the visit, the team met with Prof. Orly Avni, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Meital Gal-Tanami, Vice Dean, as well as graduate students.

In honor of International Women’s Day, Prof. Tuval-Mashiach gave a lecture titled "Gender Bias in Academia: The Sin and Its Punishment", and Prof. Noa Vilchinsky delivered a lecture titled "From a Small Cog to a Major Gear in the System." Afterwards, a panel discussion was held with doctoral students.

Additionally, Prof. Tuval-Mashiach and Prof. Vilchinsky conducted a resilience workshop for the administrative staff.
