Fields of Interest

This page brings together the four areas where most of my work clusters: torts and liability, contracts and disclosure, health law and AI, and litigation and procedure. Each section briefly describes the questions I am working on and the articles that grow out of them. Across all four, I am drawn to the same underlying problem: how legal rules perform under uncertainty — when information is incomplete, when interpretation is contested, and when the institutions making the decisions are themselves part of the problem.
