The Employability Center, in partnership with the nonprofit organization Tofsim Kivun, invites recent graduates and final-year students to join a comprehensive career development program designed to help you achieve your professional aspirations.
About Tofsim Kivun
Tofsim Kivun, an initiative of Chinuch LePsagot, was established in collaboration with alumni associations of elite IDF units. These alumni—many now holding senior positions across Israel's employment landscape—serve as volunteer mentors, providing personalized, one-on-one guidance throughout the program and often for years beyond.
Additional partners include young adult centers and supportive business networks working collectively to transform lives, shift employer perceptions, and cultivate human capital in Israel's periphery.
Our Mission
While participants demonstrate high capability, tremendous potential, and exceptional motivation, systemic barriers often limit opportunity: pressing financial constraints, gaps in confidence and professional knowledge, limited access to role models, and restricted professional networks.
The program's mission is to break through these barriers and enable young adults to realize their full potential.
