What Is the MentorBoost Program?
The MentorBoost Program supports Bar-Ilan University students serving in the reserves as they transition from academic studies to careers in high-tech and other professional sectors.
Through this initiative, industry mentors from the Bar-Ilan alumni community—many holding senior positions in international technology companies—provide personalized guidance to students. Mentorship encompasses professional development, emotional support, and strategic career planning to facilitate successful integration into Israel's competitive employment landscape.
Program Impact
Over the past year, the program included 33 mentors and 33 students from Neuroscience, Computer Science, and the Faculty of Engineering. The program has already recorded many successes, with several participants securing positions in high-tech companies thanks to the close mentorship.
