Dr. Tali Gazit studies the psychology of the digital world. Through the interdisciplinary field of psychotechnology, she investigates how digital technologies and artificial intelligence shape emotions, behavior, decision-making, social relationships, and psychological well-being. Her research integrates psychology, communication, and the social sciences to better understand the evolving relationship between humans and technology.

Recipient of the Rector's Award for Excellence (2025). His research examines the development of technology perceptions and technology adoption among the Israeli ultra-Orthodox community, in comparison with the American ultra-Orthodox community.
A paper based on David's master's thesis was published in the prestigious journal Social Science Computer Review , exploring how the ultra-Orthodox community used digital media to cope during the COVID-19 pandemic.
