Online communities are much more than technological platforms. They serve as psychological and social spaces where people connect, share experiences, and build relationships. Our research examines behavior in digital communities, online leadership, motivations for participation and lurking, emotional support, and the ways community leaders foster trust, engagement, and social resilience, particularly during times of uncertainty and crisis.
