Human-centered Insights & Learning in AI

The People Analytics Lab, located at the Alexander Kofkin Faculty of Engineering, Bar Ilan University, examines how People Analytics, Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence, and New Forms of Work transform projects, work and organizational systems.

The lab investigates the use of data-driven insights to improve process and people management practices, through the integration of AI technologies that prioritize human values. Through its research, the People Analytics Lab aims to advance responsible, fair, and effective approaches to managing people and work in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
