On Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, at the Nanotechnology Building, the Ph.D students from the OrrLab: Naama Amos, Fellipe Aranha, Porat Hanani and Vered Klein attended the Presidential Scholarship for Outstanding Students ceremony. This prestigious award provides substantial support to a selective group of individuals from Bar-Ilan University, enabling them to pursue four years of cutting-edge academic research.

The event featured a lecture by Olympic medalist Yael Arad, entitled Excellence in Sports, Business, and Life, in which she elaborated on the challenges of achieving excellence in both professional and personal spheres, and how striving to be among the best inevitably shapes one’s character, discipline, and life trajectory.
