Multilingual language processing using EEG

In our research on children and adults, we conduct ERP studies to investigate the neural mechanisms of language integration. Specifically, we examine whether bilingual children and adults demonstrate sensitivity to ungrammaticalities, providing insights into how bilingualism shapes the cognitive and neural processes underlying grammatical comprehension. This approach allows us to explore the similarities and differences in how children and adults detect and respond to linguistic violations in real-time.
