Dr. Hila Chalutz-Ben Gal

BIO

Hila Chalutz-Ben Gal, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) at Bar-Ilan University in the Industrial and Information Systems Department of the Faculty of Engineering. Her research area spans the engineering and management domains. She studies how digital transformation and disruptive technologies, including AI systems, are changing work and organizations, forming new work environments. She has extensive expertise in human resources analytics (HRA) and people analytics (PA) techniques and their application to real-world work settings. Dr. Chalutz-Ben Gal had served as Principal Investigator in several practical research projects funded by various sources including the Koret Foundation and Israel Defense Forces [IDF]. She has won awards for both research and teaching. She and collaborators have received best paper awards for research in both management and engineering conferences.
