The Gender Equity Unit awards scholarships to help finance travel expenses to an academic conference for female master's degree students with a thesis and female PhD students. The scholarships, in the amount of up to $500, are conditional on similar funding (matching) from the department or faculty. Call for submission is published twice a year - in the months of May and October.
