Leading Employability Cohort – Bar-Ilan University
Connecting Academia to Employment is a professional development program for academic and administrative staff who are building bridges between their institution and industry. This cohort-based initiative equips participants with frameworks, tools, and peer networks to embed employability initiatives into their departments and faculties.
Program Pillars
- Expert-Led Implementation Guidance – Work with employability specialists to design and launch career-readiness initiatives tailored to your academic context, supported by a community of practitioners from across institutions.
- Leadership Skills for Institutional Change – Develop the strategic and operational capabilities needed to advocate for employability within your institution and navigate organizational barriers to implementation.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving – Connect with peers across institutions to share challenges, co-develop solutions, and build practical models for integrating career development into academic programs.
