A central strand of my scholarship examines law through the lens of networks: networks of institutions, norms, organizations, and governance relations. This work explores how legal and regulatory authority is formed and exercised in settings that cannot be understood through simple hierarchical models alone. It combines jurisprudential inquiry with network analysis to study contemporary forms of distributed, relational, and transnational governance.
