Environmental and Climate Law

My research in environmental and climate law examines how legal systems respond to ecological risk, climate change, scientific uncertainty, and long-term governance challenges. I work across domestic, comparative, and transnational contexts, with particular attention to environmental regulation, climate governance, sustainable finance, and private environmental standards. A recurring concern in this work is how law can structure responsibility, compliance, and credible commitment under conditions of complexity and intergenerational risk.
