My research on ESG, CSR, and sustainable finance examines the legal and governance architecture of corporate sustainability, with particular attention to disclosure, accountability, private standards, and green financial instruments. It explores how environmental and social commitments are shaped and enforced through a combination of corporate practice, transnational norms, market mechanisms, and public regulation. A central concern in this work is the gap between formal commitment and meaningful compliance.
