Isaac Asimov's writing style has been characterized as "transparent" and--less kindly--as "atrocious." Even he alleged that he didn't know "How To Write." In my new article, I take a close look at his style in the Foundation novels and find much more craft than even he acknowledges.

Update 1

He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Neuropsychology from the City University of New York in 1985 and started his career as a clinical neuropsychologist working in rehabilitation with patients sustained severe head-injuries.
