Racheli Amar-Ninio is a doctoral researcher focusing on digital risk behaviors and the integration of AI in informal education. She serves as the Head of the Department of Informal Education at Efrata College and as the National Director of Development and Training at OU Israel.
Bat-Galim Shaer
Bat-Galim Shaer is an educator and lecturer on personal and national resilience, and a doctoral candidate at Bar-Ilan University. Her research focuses on adolescent addiction, with particular attention to bereaved siblings, guilt, and coping after loss. She serves as CEO of “Unity Day – In Memory of the Three Boys”( established in memory of her son, Gil-ad, z"l,) promoting unity and mutual responsibility in Israeli society and the Jewish people.
She is the author of "Expecting My Child".
Iman Masarwa
Iman Masarwa is a PhD student at Bar-Ilan University and a diagnostician and therapist specializing in learning disabilities and ADHD. Her research examines how individual and environmental prosociality factors are associated with addictive behaviors among Israeli-Arab adolescents. Her work is situated within educational and clinical contexts.

Shaked Elias is an educator and group facilitator who works with men’s circles and the development of social-educational spaces that foster processes of personal and group growth. His work focuses on creating safe frameworks for deep emotional dialogue around masculine identity, interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, and intimacy.

Bagdad Ben jamil
Bagdad is a master’s student in Higher Education Leadership and Management at Bar-Ilan University. Her thesis focuses on online addictive behaviors among Arab-Israeli adolescents, aiming to better understand risk factors within an under-researched population and contribute to the development of culturally sensitive prevention and intervention approache
Naama Ansbacher
Naama Ansbacher is a relationship and conflict resolution educator and lecturer. She is currently conducting her master’s research on the relationship between high sensitivity (HSP) and addictive and risk related behaviors, focusing on emotional and relational dynamics. Her work combines theoretical research with practical experience in education and counseling
Samia Saadi
Samia Saadi- MA student (thesis track). My research interests focus on parenting, family processes, and adolescents’ media use in the digital age, with attention to cultural and social contexts. Research topic: Perceptual gaps between parents and adolescents in digital parenting and their association with adolescents’ problematic media use, considering family climate factors (communication, warmth, monitoring, and flexibility vs. rigidity).

Hosen Mostafa Rayan
Hosen Rayan is a researcher and PhD candidate in education and society, specializing in trauma, parent–adolescent communication, and risk and addictive behaviors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a teaching certificate from the University of Haifa, a Master’s degree in Education (thesis track) from Bar-Ilan University, and an MBA in Business Administration and Organizational Consulting. His work focuses on quantitative and applied research in educational and community settings, with an emphasis on mental health and human behavior.
